How to Reserve One of Our Executive Conference Rooms
We have four meeting rooms available. To see details of a particular room, click the Room Details link next to the room. To reserve a room, click the Check Availability link. Select the date, start and end time. As an existing client of NOC, if you already have an account with us, login and proceed to our secure website for Credit Card entry and acceptance. As a off-site client and if you do not have an account, you may quickly create one by registering. Once payment is accepted (within seconds) the room will be reserved on your behalf.  
Cancellation Policy
Meeting Room reservations must be cancelled within 24 hours in order to receive a refund and avoid a $25 cancellation fee.  
Coffee/Water/Catering Service Request
Coffee/Tea service may be provided for your guests. One time fee of $10 per meeting up to 8 guests. Catering arrangements may be made for your convenience. Please click below.  
Cleaning Fee
We kindly request that you leave the meeting rooms as you found them in order to avoid a $25 cleaning fee.

This conference room seats up to 14 people. It is fully equipped with a plasma TV, VCR/DVD, speaker phone and T1 access. The rental rate is $35.00 per hour
